International

There are currently no options for international buyers. New Zealand Only.

 

Please note that delivery times are indicative only, and KnK Hardware cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within this time frame. Please be aware that if an order is made on a Weekend or Public Holiday it won't be processed until the next business day.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation, including an invoice/receipt, tracking number, and a return/exchange form with instructions how to initiate the returns process if the need arises.

Delivery can not be made to a PO Box. Please supply us with a delivery address at which there will be someone present to sign for your items during normal business hours. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility is transferred to you.

We take no responsibility for taxes, duty or any other charges at receivers end as this can vary depending on countries rules of customs in each country
